All Triplebyte Screen users have access to a personalized Insights page regarding their Screen usage. Here's a bit more detail about each Insight block:
Candidate satisfaction with quiz
What is it, and why does it matter?
The "Candidate satisfaction with quiz" metric provides signal on candidate engagement by measuring candidate enjoyment.
Creating an enjoyable process for candidates helps ensure that top talent doesn't drop out early on. And early positive experiences can also help close candidates at the end of the process. So, we gather feedback from candidates about Triplebyte screening quizzes to make sure this step is contributing to a positive experience.
What can I learn?
You'll see candidate satisfaction ratings for each one of your quizzes. Use the dropdown menu in the block to toggle between ratings for a specific quiz and the list of all your quizzes.
You can also compare your candidate satisfaction rating to that of all companies using Triplebyte Screen. This number includes all the candidate responses to the feedback question we've ever received, and is displayed just below your own rating.
Candidates may answer positively or negatively for any reason, but we’ve found through follow-up feedback that most negative experiences come from feeling like the test was too long/arduous or irrelevant to the role. If your rating is below average, you may want to consider updating how many and/or which test blocks you include on your test.
How do we gather this data?
Immediately after the last question of their quiz, we ask candidates a simple question: "How was the quiz?" They can answer "I liked it!" or "I did not like it", or they can skip the question. Before they answer, we tell candidates that companies will not be able to see their specific response, so they are free to be honest without concern of repercussion on their hiring process.
This metric populates after at least 10 candidates respond to the feedback question, in order to preserve candidate privacy.
Onsite interview pass rates vs. Score levels
What is it, and why does it matter?
The "Onsite interview pass rates vs. Score levels" metric provides signal on which candidates you should likely move forward in your process, by examining the relationship between Screen test scores and onsite pass rate.
***Our data shows that candidates with higher Screen scores pass real-world, actual onsites at much higher rates than those with low scores.***
We gather and compare this data for two reasons. One, to make sure our tests are working properly (aka providing scores that signal which candidates are most likely to pass onsites). And two, to help you better understand your pipeline quality and which specific candidates you should move forward, based on the scores they earn on their Screen test.
What can I learn?
You'll see a bubble chart of all candidates who have completed a Screen quiz and passed an onsite. The current visualization shows "global data," aka all candidates who have taken any Screen from any company.
The size of each bubble represents the number of candidates who earned a particular score and reached an onsite. You'll notice that the bubble for scores of 1 is generally quite small compared to scores of 2, 3 and 4. That's because although many candidates earn a 1, only a handful of those candidates are moved forward to an onsite and pass it. Conversely, the bubble for scores of 5 is also quite small because although a majority of candidates who earn a 5 do move forward and pass their onsite, only a small number of candidates earn a 5 to begin with.
How do we gather this data?
We analyze data from company ATS's to verify which candidates move forward and pass their onsites, then connect it with our scoring data. We do not share personally identifiable interview data anywhere -- we only use it to populate this generalized chart.
