Triplebyte Magnet is a bonus outreach program that goes beyond your normal message cap. You can set up a new campaign, edit your existing campaigns, or turn off a campaign here.
How does it work?
You set a list of criteria for what you're looking for, using any of our current sourcing filters. Rather than having to review each profile yourself, we'll do that for you and automatically message the candidates who are the best matches.
Candidates respond positively at high rates to these types of messages because we keep them high-value. We don't send too many messages, we don't send them all at once, we explain exactly why they're a good match, and they can opt out at any time.
Which candidates will receive Magnet messages?
Candidates who do receive messages will:
- Will match your search criteria at 80% or better (and all your Dealbreakers)
- Only receive a maximum of 5 Magnet messages per month
- Know that these messages come from an automated message campaign.
- See the criteria under which they were selected (see image below)
- Be able to opt-out of receiving Magnet messages if they want
We will not send messages to candidates:
- That you’ve viewed or messaged recently (within the past 6 months)
- Who have opted out of automated message campaigns
- Who don’t meet all of your Dealbreakers
- Who are below a match score of 80% for your search
This is an example of what the candidate will receive. The email will also include options for how they can respond.
When will Magnet messages be sent?
We’ll send messages in small batches at the best times of day for candidate responses. We’ll also reach out to new candidates who match your criteria immediately when they sign up for Triplebyte.
What happens after a candidate receives a Magnet message?
If a candidate says they’re interested, we’ll add them to your Magnet review queue. If you have 10 or more candidates pending a response, we’ll pause sending messages to give you a chance to sort through them. You can accept or reject a Magnet candidate with one click.
If you accept a Magnet candidate, the process from there is the same as it is for accepted manual messages. Namely, you'll immediately see the candidate in your Candidate Pipeline and we'll send a welcome email to both of you so you can continue the conversation.
What if I want to personally message a candidate who already received a Magnet message?
That's no problem. If you manually message a candidate who has already received a Magnet message from you, we'll replace the Magnet message with the manual one.
How can I pause or end a campaign?
You can end campaigns from the Magnet tab. *Be sure to review and accept or reject all candidates in your queue before you end a campaign.* All candidates will be immediately rejected when a campaign is ended.
