How does the "actively looking" status work?

When you’re in the midst of an active job search, you can let companies know via the “actively looking” status. Toggling on “actively looking” means your profile is visible and highlighted on the Triplebyte network. It will be shown often to our partner companies in their search results when your preferences and/or skills align with one of their open roles. We also apply a special highlight and a tag to your profile to let companies know that you are actively looking for a new role and interested in hearing from them.

You can set the “actively looking” status in addition to your overall profile visibility. (Note: Your visibility must be "ON" in order to apply the “actively looking” status.)

The “actively looking” status lasts for one month (30 days). You can refresh the status whenever and as many times you like. (And don’t worry, you don’t need to set a reminder — we’ll send you an email 2 days before it expires.) You can also turn it off at any time.
