Our Triplebyte Help Center includes both the Company Help Center and the Engineer Help Center. Some content in both sections is visible to the public, so you will see some Help Center content whether you are logged in or out. We offer additional Company Help Center content to current, active company users (Professional and Team subscribers with an active Hire subscription, as well as company users approved for a Screen-only account).
You must create a Help Center account and log in to view the complete Company Help Center.
How to get Triplebyte Company Help Center access:
- Click “Sign in” in the top navigation bar of the Triplebyte Help Center.
- If this is your first time accessing company-only content in our Help Center, go to “New to Triplebyte?" and click the "Sign up" link.
- Use the same email address used for your triplebyte.com account to create a Triplebyte Help Center account. This will automatically sync your Triplebyte subscription and give you access to our Company Help Center content.
- Go to your email provider and click the link in the verification email to confirm your Triplebyte Help Center account.
- Return to the Help Center and follow the prompts to set a password and log in. You do NOT have to use the same password for Triplebyte Help Center and triplebyte.com.
Each time you visit the Triplebyte Help Center, check the top navigation bar to make sure you’re viewing the Help Center in “logged in” mode, and you will have access to all of the company-only content.
