What is Triplebyte Screen?

Triplebyte Screen is a fast, accurate way to measure technical skill fundamentals of your applicants. It's a data-driven way to select the right applicants to interview. Screen gives you a standardized measure of programming skills in addition to their resume, so you can focus your interviewing time on the right candidates.

Rather than focusing exclusively on a small number of algorithm problems, Triplebyte Screen uses a large library of thousands of questions covering programming logic, DevOps, CS fundamentals, front-end engineering, and iOS and Android knowledge. Like the GRE and GMAT, the test is adaptive. It selects the optimal questions for each candidate given the role they are applying for and how they've performed on the test so far.

We trained Triplebyte Screen on more than 300,000 engineers over the last five years. The result is stunningly accurate. In our cross-validation, 90% of candidates who score a 5/5 on the test go on to pass technical interviews, while less than 5% of candidates who score a 1/5 or 2/5 go on to pass interviews.
