FastTrack is a pool of select engineers who meet certain criteria. To start with, these engineers are actively looking for a job, are very engaged, and want to move through the process quickly. Technical recruiters and engineering managers who want a smaller pool of active and high-quality candidates will spend most of their time engaging with these candidates.
Additionally, FastTrack candidates must do very well on our quiz, have US work authorization, want to start a job soon, and are looking for work in specific metro areas. Those that meet all of these requirements are eligible to interview for our FastTrack process. This involves a standardized interview validated against thousands of previous interviews. Candidates that do well on our FastTrack interview are eligible to “go live” for a limited period of time (currently roughly one to two weeks) through FastTrack. They can participate in up to two intro calls with your company and will skip any pre-onsite tech screens before going directly to onsite interviews.
