This feature is only available for users with Professional and Team accounts.
Triplebyte companies with Professional or Team subscriptions may set varying permissions levels for different users within their company account. There are three levels of permissions:
Admin
Admins have access to all Triplebyte features and settings, including:
- All Triplebyte products:
- Triplebyte Hire - Candidate search and pipeline management
- Candidate Feedback
- Triplebyte Screen
- Adding and removing users at all permission levels
- Account and billing info
Recruiter
Recruiters have access to all of the same products as admins, but do not have the ability to manage permission levels of other users nor manage account and billing info. Recruiters cannot invite admins to join their organization.
Sourcer
Sourcers cannot access Candidate Feedback or Triplebyte Screen. Sourcers can only invite other Sourcers to join the organization.
For changes to license assignment, please contact your account manager.
