The entry-level quizzes have a restricted (and, generally speaking, easier) question set that is more appropriate to engineers who are just starting their careers. They are designed with a similar format to our other tracks/quizzes, but focus on areas where current students and new graduates would be expected to excel.
Our scoring system takes question difficulty into account, so we get a similar estimate of an engineer’s skills when they take an entry-level quiz, even though the individual questions are easier. You'll receive a personalized feedback report when you complete any of our quizzes. However, we scale the feedback after the entry-level quiz in comparison to other engineers at the beginning of their career, rather than to our entire candidate pool.
If you do exceptionally well on the entry-level quiz, you can always take the general version later.
