If you would like to permanently delete your Triplebyte account, you can do so at any time:
- Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of your Triplebyte dashboard.
- Select Settings & Notifications in the drop down menu.
- Click Account at the top of the page.
- Click Delete account, then confirm your action in the following prompt.
Please note that you will not be able to retrieve any information you received or shared on Triplebyte after your request is processed. This includes but is not limited to: your assessment results and feedback, communications with companies, personal data, and personalized aspects of the Jobs Directory (like "Likely to accept" estimates).
Your request will be processed within one hour and you will receive a confirmation email when your account has been successfully deleted. We may retain some information for up to 30 days for abuse and fraud prevention purposes.
