Mostly. We’re a matchmaking platform, which means we need to keep both you and our partner companies happy in order for our system to work. Sometimes, this means showing information to companies that they know isn’t filtered through how a candidate might perceive themselves. We know this might feel a little uncomfortable, but it’s a realistic necessity for us to help you find a job. When a company sees the full picture of a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, they take our positive recommendations more seriously - they trust that we’re not inflating our claims.
More specifically, logged-in companies see your complete Triplebyte profile with any/all of the information you've provided. This includes a breakdown of your performance on our assessments, your resume, the roles and location types you’re interested in, and your salary expectations. In short, assume that information in your personal profile (and FastTrack matching questionnaire if you've filled that out) is shown to logged-in company users unless specifically noted otherwise.
